Merit Medical Systems to Acquire Cook Medical's Lead Management Portfolio for $210M

Salt Lake City, UT, September 17, 2024 (Cook Medical) -- Merit Medical Systems has agreed to acquire Cook Medical’s lead management portfolio for about $210 million, which will be financed through cash reserves and credit borrowings. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024. This acquisition will enhance Merit’s offerings in medical devices for lead management procedures related to pacemakers and ICDs.
